PRICING
Pricing that follows the size of your event
One price list doesn't fit both a small industry conference and a large consumer exhibition. Tell us about your event and we'll put together a quote that fits.
01 / HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to a quote
No prices are published here, because they only mean something once we know what the event needs. Here's how we get there.
-
STEP 01
Tell us about your event
The venue, number of stands, expected visitors and which modules you're interested in.
- Venue
- Stand count
- Modules of interest
-
STEP 02
Discuss the scope
We review the website, floor plan and ticketing, then agree what platform support and exhibition-planning advice your team needs.
- Your requirements
- Setup
- Support
-
STEP 03
Agree the setup
Confirm the scope, price and responsibilities before launch.
- Agreed scope
- Clear responsibilities
02 / WHAT DETERMINES PRICE
Five factors pricing is built on
The same factors apply whether you run one conference a year or a multi-event exhibition series.
-
EVENT SIZE
Number of stands, expected visitors and how many days the event runs.
-
MODULES USED
Whether you use floor planning, ticketing, analytics — or all of it.
-
TICKETING VOLUME
Number of tickets sold and payment methods to support.
-
PLATFORM SUPPORT
Help with platform setup, configuration and use. We agree the support scope with your team.
-
EXHIBITION CONSULTING
Practical planning advice beyond the software: suppliers, lighting, stands and organisational questions.
03 / WHAT'S INCLUDED
Plan the scope together
Tell us which workflows your exhibition needs. Included services and commercial terms are agreed in the proposal.
Build the website where your exhibition happens
- Create pages from headings, text, sliders and tiles. Publish news, contact information and the floor plan alongside ticket sales. Keep an earlier floor plan on a separate page when you want visitors to see a previous edition.
Plan by the square metre. Sell by the stand.
- Price individual square metres or a complete stand group
- Set a group price independently of the per-square-metre price
- Mark areas available or unavailable and assign them to companies
- Manage multiple exhibition addresses and reuse earlier layouts
From an available stand to a paid exhibitor order
- Assign stands or square metres to a company in the organiser’s workspace. Use the configured prices or adjust the order, send the invoice and follow payment status. Once the stand is paid, the company can email complimentary tickets to staff, partners or guests.
Your ticket sales. Your branding. One scanning app.
- Sell tickets for one day or several days from the exhibition website. Choose ticket colours, images and contact details, then validate tickets with the scanning app. Organiser payment settings let you use your own account with a supported payment provider.
Practical help for your organising team
- We help your team work through practical exhibition-planning questions, including who to contact about lighting and sourcing stands.
- For example, we helped an Icelandic municipality with both platform setup and organisational advice for its exhibition.
- This is a separate consulting service. We agree its scope, price and responsibilities with you; your team remains in charge of organising the exhibition.
04 / FAQ
Pricing questions
Short answers to what most people ask before requesting a quote.
How much does IceExpo cost?
We prepare a quote based on your exhibition’s size, selected modules, ticketing volume, platform support and any consulting you request. The proposal sets out the scope, price and responsibilities.
Can we see the platform first?
Yes. Arrange a demonstration and discuss your venue, stand sales and ticketing workflow.
Can you help us organise our first exhibition?
Yes. We can advise your organising team on practical preparation, such as finding the right contacts for lighting, sourcing stands and planning the work. We have provided this kind of help to an Icelandic municipality alongside setting up its platform. We agree the advice you need before work starts.
How is consulting different from platform support?
Platform support helps you configure and use IceExpo. Consulting helps your team with the wider organisation of the exhibition, beyond the software. We scope and price these separately, so you can see which help we will provide and which tasks remain with your team.
Does the quote include suppliers and equipment?
Consulting does not automatically include venue hire, lighting, stands or other suppliers’ fees. We identify what our proposal covers and which costs you arrange separately. We can help you work out who to contact without taking over every organisational task.
