YOUR EXHIBITION WEBSITE

Build the website where your exhibition happens

Create pages from headings, text, sliders and tiles. Publish news, contact information and the floor plan alongside ticket sales. Keep an earlier floor plan on a separate page when you want visitors to see a previous edition.

  • YOUR DOMAIN

An exhibition website on your own domain, with SSL.

  • PAGE BLOCKS

Headings, text, sliders, tiles and embedded floor plans.

  • NEWS & CONTACT

Publish exhibition news and receive contact-form enquiries by email.

  • YOUR MEASUREMENT

Add your Google Tag Manager container and configure your tracking there.

02 / FLOOR PLANNING

Plan by the square metre. Sell by the stand.

Our custom SVG editor starts with a grid of 1 × 1 metre squares. Place stands, labels and icons, then set the price and availability of individual squares or a group sold as one stand.

  • Price individual square metres or a complete stand group
  • Set a group price independently of the per-square-metre price
  • Mark areas available or unavailable and assign them to companies
  • Manage multiple exhibition addresses and reuse earlier layouts
  • Show exhibitors on the plan: hover for company information and click to open their profile
  • Browse the exhibitor directory as a list or grid, with logos and short company descriptions

09 / FAQ

Questions organisers ask first

Short answers on how IceExpo fits an existing venue, an existing team and an event you have already run before.

Something specific to your event? Talk to us

Can we build the exhibition website in IceExpo?

Yes. Use page blocks for headings, text, sliders, tiles and floor plans, publish news and provide a contact form on your exhibition domain.

Can a whole stand have a different price from its square metres?

Yes. The editor uses a 1 × 1 metre grid. You can price individual squares and define a separate price for a group sold as one stand.

Can the organiser assign stands and change the price?

Yes. Assign space to a company, use or adjust the configured price, send an invoice and follow its payment status.

Can exhibitors send free tickets to guests?

After the stand is paid, the company can send complimentary tickets by email to staff, partners or other guests, within the invitation settings for the exhibition.

Can we use our own payment account?

Organiser payment settings support using your own account with a supported provider. We confirm the provider and setup with you before sales begin.

Can we reuse a previous exhibition?

Yes. Use an earlier exhibition as a starting point and review the copied content and configuration. You can also display a previous floor plan in a page block.

Can we organise private meetings?

Yes. Create invitation-only meetings and manage meeting-room time slots alongside public exhibition events.
