02 / FLOOR PLANNING
Plan by the square metre. Sell by the stand.
Our custom SVG editor starts with a grid of 1 × 1 metre squares. Place stands, labels and icons, then set the price and availability of individual squares or a group sold as one stand.
- Price individual square metres or a complete stand group
- Set a group price independently of the per-square-metre price
- Mark areas available or unavailable and assign them to companies
- Manage multiple exhibition addresses and reuse earlier layouts
- Show exhibitors on the plan: hover for company information and click to open their profile
- Browse the exhibitor directory as a list or grid, with logos and short company descriptions
03 / EXHIBITORS
From an available stand to a paid exhibitor order
Assign stands or square metres to a company in the organiser’s workspace. Use the configured prices or adjust the order, send the invoice and follow payment status. Once the stand is paid, the company can email complimentary tickets to staff, partners or guests.
-
STAND ORDERS
Company, assigned space and agreed price in one order.
-
INVOICES
Send invoices and track whether they have been paid.
-
REMINDERS
Follow up outstanding payments with payment reminders.
-
GUEST TICKETS
Email complimentary invitations after the stand is paid.
| EXHIBITOR | STAND | STATUS |
|---|---|---|
| Norðurvík Tækni | A1 | PAID |
| Hafverk ehf. | B1 | PAYMENT DUE |

04 / TICKETING & ENTRY
Your ticket sales. Your branding. One scanning app.
Sell tickets for one day or several days from the exhibition website. Choose ticket colours, images and contact details, then validate tickets with the scanning app. Organiser payment settings let you use your own account with a supported payment provider.
Your colours, images and contact information on the ticket. Staff validate its QR code with the scanning app.
Try it: this demo QR opens iceexpo.is. It is not an admission ticket.

09 / FAQ
Questions organisers ask first
Short answers on how IceExpo fits an existing venue, an existing team and an event you have already run before.
Something specific to your event? Talk to us
Can we build the exhibition website in IceExpo?
Yes. Use page blocks for headings, text, sliders, tiles and floor plans, publish news and provide a contact form on your exhibition domain.
Can a whole stand have a different price from its square metres?
Yes. The editor uses a 1 × 1 metre grid. You can price individual squares and define a separate price for a group sold as one stand.
Can the organiser assign stands and change the price?
Yes. Assign space to a company, use or adjust the configured price, send an invoice and follow its payment status.
Can exhibitors send free tickets to guests?
After the stand is paid, the company can send complimentary tickets by email to staff, partners or other guests, within the invitation settings for the exhibition.
Can we use our own payment account?
Organiser payment settings support using your own account with a supported provider. We confirm the provider and setup with you before sales begin.
Can we reuse a previous exhibition?
Yes. Use an earlier exhibition as a starting point and review the copied content and configuration. You can also display a previous floor plan in a page block.
Can we organise private meetings?
Yes. Create invitation-only meetings and manage meeting-room time slots alongside public exhibition events.
